How do I create an experience?
Sign in as a creator, tap New Experience, and start adding stops. For each stop, pick a location on the map and attach photos, a note, or a voice message. When you're ready, tap Share to generate an invite code.
How does my recipient join?
They download OurStops (no account needed), tap Enter Invite Code, and paste in the code you sent them. Stops unlock automatically as they arrive at each location.
Why does OurStops need location access?
The app checks your device's location against upcoming stops so it can unlock them when you arrive. Location is processed on your device. We don't store or transmit your precise location. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What if I want to unlock a stop manually?
Creators can include a fallback option when building the experience, letting the recipient unlock a stop without being physically present. If your creator didn't enable this and you're stuck, ask them to update the stop in their creator app.
How long do experiences last?
Active experiences expire 7 days after a recipient joins. When an experience expires, all associated content (photos, voice notes, invite codes) is permanently deleted. Save anything you want to keep before expiration.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at chrisvaneron@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your account and all associated data.
How do I report a bug?
